With the new generation of the P ZERO Race TLR, Pirelli improves one of its bestsellers on the market. Through a new construction of the carcass, a significant improvement has been achieved in one of the most important parameters of a bicycle tire: the rolling resistance. The new SpeedCORE carcass is a thin, air-impermeable and compressed layer of rubber compound with aramid particles that lines the inner part of the tire. The high flexibility of the rubber compound makes the tire faster and more supple, while the aramid provides better puncture resistance. The carcass is completed by a 120-tpi nylon fabric and a puncture-resistant aramid breaker, while the tread pattern incorporates the SmartEVO compound to ensure maximum performance. With all its specific improvements, the new P ZERO Race TLR is produced in Italy in an elaborate process, offering unique quality and superior performance.
